how can I get sent mail online

Hi, here's gritty question for you all! I have been using Yahoo Mail online
for ages because I like to have access to my email on my laptop at the coffee
shop or on my desktop at home. Now I want to use Outlook 2007 and I'm
wondering if there's any way to get mail I send out to my contacts somehow
forwarded to my Yahoo account to be filed away there so that replies I make
to clients are then on both machines? Can anyone help me with this?
