For no obvious reasons Outlook 2007 (2003 as well) in the listings of the
contactsfolders makes a sort of sublist at the end of or under the main list
in the Telephonelist design of these contactsfolders. The header is the same
as the header of the mainlist: Pager (none) 10 items. Only the number of
items vary of course.
How can I get the contacts of this sublist back in the mainlist again (and
remove the (then empty) sublist?

And is there anyone who can explain me why the letterformat in these
postings window is so unbelievable small for this 52 years old guy?

Clarify to which view you are referring. There is no such thing as
"telephonelist design." Specify how you have this view configured.

I have the Dutch version of When you rightclick in the menubar area there is
an option: Advanced. In this advanced menu there is a rolldown menu. It has 8
items in the menu list to choose from. The first one is the Dutch word for
business card, the second word is the Dutch word for 'Adress card' the fourth
word is Dutch for Telephone list. What you see is a tableview listing all the
contacs of the chosen folder.
Hope you'll understand the rest. and thanks for the effort.

Suspect that's the Phone List view in the English version.
The Phone List view does not do what you claim by default unless you have
specified some sort of custom grouping or sorting. Look at the configuration
parameters for the view.
