1. You need to remove FP98 and the PWS from your Windows 2000 machine as the PWS is not supported,
you must use the IIS web server that can with Windows 2000 Professional.
2. FP98 doesn't need to be installed to install FP2003 upgrade, you just need to have the FP98 CD
available, when prompted for a qualifying product.
3. If the product key provided doesn't work, then take it back to BestBuy and get a replacement.
