i work in construction, and am wanting to send out bid invitations to many
different companies. i do not want them to see that i have sent it to many
others, so of course, i put them in the bcc field. the only problem is that i
have to print these emails as proof that i sent to this people, and when i
print these emails, the people who i have back copied do not show up. does
anyone know how to get this to happen? it seems like it should be so easy and
i am incredibly frustrated. thanks!

Actually, you can't. Oft requested feature, never implemented. I'm sure
part of it is the whole fact that, theoretically, a BCC isn't supposed to
appear anywhere but on the 'original' message and, a print out sort of isn't
the original anymore. It's one of those odd translations from paperspace to
electronic space.

(fyi, they are called blind copies, or more properly, blind carbon copies,
not back copies)
