Copy the shortcut of Outlook into :
%userprofile%\Start menu\programs\startup

1. DO NOT put your question in the title and leave the message blank.
That's an excellent way to be ignored.

2. Drag a shortcut to Outlook into your the Startup folder on your
Start menu.
