can i get an ideal format for resume of a back office executive ?

There is no such thing as an "ideal" format for a resumé. It depends
on the job you're applying for, your personal background, the person
who will be receiving it and what other resumés that person has seen.

Look through the templates at

http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/te...622221033.aspx, and
use an Internet search engine to look for others.
