I don't understand what you are trying to do, but a toolbar customized for
tasks would only be visible in the tasks folder. Flagged items in the to-do
list aren't really tasks, they are flagged, so many of the task commands
would not apply - you get reminders (flags) and color categories.
you can right click on the fields names and customize the view but the task
list in the to-do bar only supports one view.
