I have 2 laptops running OS Microsoft XP Professional and Outlook
2003. One laptop resides in my house and the other is physically located in
a remote office that I used daily.

My challenge: I want get NEWLY arrived email messages from
Google Gmail POP3 server to BOTH systems.

I noticed that if I used the '"SEND/RECEIVE" feature of Outlook from laptop1
(the @WORK laptop). Everything is fine. BUT when I go home and attempted to
used "SEND/RECEIVE'' from laptop2 (@HOME), I am UNABLE to get the email
messages that were initially downloaded to laptop1 (the latop @WORK)

Is it possible to do wha I want?

Thanks in advance for your support.

Bob

Naturally. The default configuration for a POP account deletes messages
from the server when they get downloaded. If they've been deleted by the
first PC, clearly the second PC can't download them.

Sure. Configure your accounts to leave copies on the server. It's on the
Advanced tab of the account properties. Make sure one of the PCs is also
configured to delete items from the server when you empty the Deleted Items
folder and to delete older items from the server after a certain number of
days so that you don't wind up filling up the mailbox.

you need to set the accounts on both laptops to leave mail on the server.
look in tools accounts.
