How can I get my computer to read out my seppech so I can hear how it sounds?

Depending on which version of Word you have, one option is to get the RMR
extension that allows you to create MS Reader files.

In reader you can have the computer "read" your document to you.

There are other add ons for this but that's the route I have gone.
