I read some others asking the same, but saw several different responses. Just
want to see the colors of the categories on the hard copy that I print out of
the monthly calendar. It's Outlook 2007.

As Diane Poremsky has pointed out several times, printing the color on
prints depends on the printer that you use and the printer driver.

At this time you get what you get - some printers will print some color,
others will not. Some calendar printing issues are being fixed but I don't
know if this one is.

The tools at http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar_print.asp may print
colors.

thanks-I was hoping there would be a patch by now to help all of us with
