How can I get the attribute of new mail which created by Word?(vc)

HI!

I make a plug-in at newinspector of Outlook,but when I create a new mail use
Word,the button is added replace (EXP:when open 4 button the newinspector
have 4 same button)! is the Microsoft crize ? or me?

Then,I want to know the which newinspector is opened by Word ?
