It sounds like two separate, but related questions:
1) You're saying that some of your recipients don't receive the attachments
you send. Are you using the default format of Rich Text Format? If so, those
recipients who don't use Outlook may experience this problem since RTF is
specific to Microsoft Outlook.
2) Are you also saying that you don't want attachments to appear in the body
of the email? This too is related to using Rich Text Format.
