Hi all
Could you please tell me where I can get a Add-in for creating a main form
(the starting form)

Are you talking about a Switchboard? You probably already have it: it's just
that it's in different locations for different versions of Access. For
example, in Access 97, the Switchboard Manager could be found under Tools |
Add-ins, whereas in Access 2003, it's under Tools | Database Utilities
