How can i generate a satellite assembly from a vb.net app

Hi guys

I have an app that produces resource files.

Now I would like to automate the process of generating a satellite
assembly from my vb.net app.

Can someone share some code or link how to generate a satellite assembly
from an application using the al.exe?
