Can FrontPage form enable visitors to attach files?

I've am using FrontPage 2003 to add a form for visitors to submit
information. I would like to enable visitors to attach and submit files such
as digital photos. Can I do this? How?

Only on a Windows Server and if your host supports File Upload

Otherwise you need some other server side scripting solution

Stefan - thanks for your note. Yes, the server handles several file upload
options, including FrontPage Serve Extensions. In creating the form, I see
how to add text and enable visitors to add input or make choices and submit
replies. But I can't figure out to how ro allow them to attach a digital
phoooto and submit it. Any ideas? Thanks.
