Can FrontPage 03, convert Symantec Visual Page website?

I have an existing website designed years ago using Symantecs Visual Page.
Can that site be easily converted to a FrontPage 03 site?

I would think so since the application is generating standard HTML code, so
it should be readable by any html editor such as Frontpage. Or does Visual
page create CFM pages or something that may not be readable?
