can I format excel to see over 15 digits?

When I copy paste it can only see 15 numbers the 16th and 17th it
displays 0's can this be chaged to display proper numbers?

Only if you treat the cell as text (preformat the cell as text), then enter the
value.

Or start your entry with an apostrophe ('1234123412341234)

ps. If you're pasting, then paste the value into the formulabar. It'll avoid
problems.
