Several day ago, Outlook 2007/Vista began not letting me delete or move
folders. Now when I try to empty the deleted folder, it says that it cannot
delete because folder is full. I have compacted but no improvement.

What is the size of your pst-file?
Are you using an ANSI or UNICODE formatted pst-file?
See http://www.msoutlook.info/question/111

Have you scanned your pst-file for errors already?
See http://www.msoutlook.info/question/77

Does SHIFT+DELETE work to get rid of them?

050209-2 - I did check and I have the ANSI file type. I also have 1.7 gb in
the pst. If this is a problem, how do I convert to UNICODE and what will
happen to my existing e-mails and folder and rules? Thanks much.

> 050409 - Thanks-I created anew pst folder in UNICODE, and I manually moved all my folders into this pst. I have about 75 Rules in place and it looks like I am going to have to manually reset them, unless you know of some way to get them to work. Also, is there a way to set the same options on viewing folders at one time. All my folder options changed and I am having to manually reset each of them, about 50 of them Thanks for the info. I am new to posting, so if I need to enter a new post for these questions, please let me know.
