You are not going to be able to create a sign greater in size than 22"
square in Word, and then only if you have a printer driver capable of
printing that size. As for the wording - the chances of finding someone else
who has made an identical sign are too slim to contemplate. You know what it
is that you want the sign to say, so write it down - and even more
important, spell check it. Nothing looks more amateurish that a poorly
spelled sign.
