All the data is AUTOMATICALLY stored in a PST file. There is no need for a
third party utility.
By default (assuming you're on Win2k or later) it's in C:\documents and
settings\<username>\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\
I've had 5 PC upgrades in the past 6 years EVERY time I ugrade, all that I
do is copy this PST file to the new PC (in the same location overwriting the
PST file that is already on the new PC (if there is one) and then I start
Outlook. There's all my messages, contacts etc.
