I just found(2 weeks late) that an important email from a client had been put
into my Junk E-mail folder in Outlook. I have taken it back out, but I want
to know why it was put there in the first place. how can I find this out?
there is nothing obvious in the subject, body, or senders address(i send
emails to him and receive emails from him all the time).

thanks

Microsoft does not publish the Junk E-mail filter criteria. You can solve
your problem, however, by adding the client's address to the Safe Senders
list. The Junk E-mail filter should skip all messages from your safe senders.

Version of Outlook? If 2007, the SP2 update will show on the infobar if the
junk mail filter did it - it won't tell you how it got there, only that that
it was via junk mail or not. "Not" includes Outlook rules and 3rd party
antispam filters.
