Where can I find the Out of Office Assistant in Outlook?

I'm trying to set up my Out of Office Auto Reply option. However, the wizard
is missing my my tools menu. I gone thru the help session, but the Out of
Office Assistant is still no where to be found. Please help.

Hi prolite,
are you using Exchange or a stand alone Outlook.!
With a stand alone solution, you have to create the auto responder via
rules!
