How can I find out who has read my emails?

I have work cooegues who can access my inbox and view my emails. How can I
find out who has viewed what?

First off you should change your password.

Secondly...if they’re logging in as you, then you really can't tell much of
anything. As far as the computer knows YOU viewed them. It has no idea
whose eyes are actually on the screen.
