Where can I find my System Explorers Section?

First of all, after installation done and computer
scanned, I've tried to start my System Explorers section.
Surprise!!! No System Explorers. I have no clue ... If I
login with another user I can see them, but not under
mine. I run an Windows XP Home Edition
