Where can I find "Microsoft Bus driver" for XP, V 2002, SP 3?

I'm running Windows XP, Version 2002, Service Pack 3. I've lost my Realtek
sound driver. When I go to download it, I get a message that says in order
to download it I need Microsoft Bus driver, which I'm unable to locate.
Where I can find it? Thank you.

Visit the manufacturer's web page for each of your hardware components and
download/install each of them in turn.

Be sure to get the Motherboard Chipset drivers, the network device drivers,
the video device drivers and so on.

Assuming you innocently installed the Realtek driver update that was offered
by Windows Update, just do a driver rollback:
