If you run the setup file there's a custom option which allows you to
download the entire program for installing at a future date AFAIR....

These download sites still work. Thanks for helping me. I was trying to
download a browser upgrade for my test network which has no connection to the
Internet. I was disappointed, but not surprised, to learn that I could not
get the entire download from Microsoft.
