How can I find a file that I was working on in a temp file.

I was working on a word file and i clicked save and then I x out if it then i
went back to open it and its gone so where do i look to find it.

This newsgroup is for questions about Microsoft Access database
software, not for general questions about using Windows and Office
applications.

But if it's the last file you worked on it should be listed at the
bottom of Word's file menu.

Otherwise look in My Documents.

Otherwise use Windows's Search feature to search for files with the name
you used, or files modified on the day in question.
