I am doing a presentation in which I want to find a sound clip that is like a
child saying "thank you" at the end. I couldn't find anything like that in
the provided sound clips...any idea(s) where /I can find one? (Short of
taping a child saying it).

You can record the sound directly into PowerPoint. You'll need a microphone,
then go to Slide Show > Record Narration (in PowerPoint).
