I was sent a 10 page list of labels in Word and asked to export into a
database or spreadsheet. I've never done this and don't think I can. Can I?
I'm using M.O. 2007.

Is it already set up with name, address, zip inside a cell?

Instructions are at
http://www.gmayor.com/convert_labels...mail_merge.htm. Once you have
rearranged the labels into a table in Word according to those directions,
you can copy that table to the clipboard and paste it into Excel, where it
will fill the corresponding cells in the worksheet.
