How can I export my Windows Mail account to Outlook 2003

's Computer Specifications

I would like to move my email settings and messages from Windows Mail to
Outlook 2003 but Outllook 2003 does not recognize the newer client. Can it
be done? Windows Mail does what I want but is way too slow.

Usually Outlook is considered slower than Outlook Express or Windows Mail.

Have you tried exporting from Windows Mail to OL2003? Sometimes things work
from one direction not the other.
