Is it possible to export a list of your emails to a separate file. The list
should include the following fields: Subject, Size, Sent, Received, To, From.


I save all my emails to a CD before deleting them. Unfortunately, you can't
tell much about the emails once they're on the CD. A list would give me
additional information.

Of course I can't - I can't see them!

Not QUITE sure what you are on about...but if you close outlook and make a
copy of your pst file, and burn that to a CD, you will have an EXACT copy of
what you currently have in Outlook.
Unless you are talking about something else of course....

And Archiving your data file is not a suitable option?
