I would like to export a distribution list I am a member of so that I do not
have to enter all contacts manually into my contacts in Outlook 2007

Where is the DL stored? If in a Contacts folder, open the DL and click
File>Save As. Select "Test Only (.txt)" in the "Save as Type" drop-down,
and goive it a name. This will save it as a tab-separated values file that
you can open in Excel. Save it in Excel as a comma-separated values file
and you can import that into Outlook.
