How can I export a form for others to use?

I have created a pre-formatted email in outlook and have it saved in my
"personal forms library". I would like to be able to share this form with
other users. Is there a file that I can copy to other machines which will
transfer this form so they can use it. Also, is there a way to make access to
this particular form more convenient. Right now, I have to click on forms and
select the personal forms library every time I want to use it. It would be
much more convenient if I could create a link directly to this form.
