Can Excel 2007 Templates Project run in Excel 2003

Hello!

I have a new project coming. And, I want to know some information about vsto
3.0 and excel 2007. I will created excel 2007 templete project that call
webservices and some business logic inside this project and deploy by
clickOnce.

then question
my client is using excel 2003 with converter update to open xlsx file and
windows xp. Can they open this project or not? If yes all the function that I
write in code behide will be avaliable.
