I cant seem to Burn a CD without the burn to start not from first song so I
redo start-up but I have a partial song on CD and computer says that CD has
been used?

You can't. Only CR-RW's can be re-used.

What software are you using ?

In addition to Plec's comment. You cannot erase a CD-R, but if
you burned a single song to it and DO NOT finalize you can add more
songs at a later session. Disks that are NOT finalized will not play.
It depends a lot on what app you are using to burn the CD, like Nero
or Roxio which are the best. Here's another good (free) one.
