Hello,

I upgraded from Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2003. In Outlook 2000, I had some
rules and I didn't like the results. Unfortunately, I had difficulties
trying to correct the rules. They are now in Outlook 2003 and I would like
erase all rules and start from scratch. How may I do this?

Thank,

Me

Hello,

Have you tried deleting these rules from the rules and alerts dialogue? You
can acces this from menu -- "Tools -> Rules and Alerts"

It will display a list of all rules (and sometimes rules with errors in
RED). You can select individual rules and click "delete" button on the
dialogue

Please let us know if this works for you

thanks
