Hi,

Anyone know how or where I can type in a password from a XP-machine to
get writable access on a win98 machine? There is no read-only password
so I can already read the shared drives.

I've connected my XP with 2 win98se pc's from my kids together with a
router/hub. We share both internet and can see the read-only shared
drives of the both win98-pc's. Set with a password one is able to write
as well but not from my XP-pro machine! I get "network access is
denied" without the question to enter the write-access-password.

Thank you,
Michel
