Hi. Anyone have any idea how I can set Windows Explorer to
always give me the Details view? I want Details, but every
time I open a page, it switches back to Icon view. Makes
me nuts!... If you could email me the answer, that'd be
great: (E-Mail Removed).
Thanks!

Hi,

You can set the default view for all the folders in Windows using the option
available in "Folder options". Follow the steps given below:

1. Open Windows Explorer.
2. Change the Layout and look as you like ( for ex: Details view)
3. Click Tools->Folder options.
4. Select View tab.
5. Click "Like Current Folder"
6. Click Apply and O.K.

Hope this helps :-)

Open Windows Explorer, goto Tools -> Folder Options -> View Tab and check
mark the checkbox titled "Remember each folder's view settings".
