Take a page like this:
http://www.fleetwoodclub.org/application.htm
and make a print page like this:
http://www.fleetwoodclub.org/applprint.htm
This page is set at 624 pixels wide and will print on 90% of regular
printers.
Notice the option at the top of the 1st page to get this print page.
We get about 50 of these printed a day from the site.
