1) State your Outlook version.
2) Starte EXACTLY what you're trying to do
3) State EXACTLY what happens when you try, includin ght text of any errors
you get.

Does this happen with ALL people or only specific people? Are the
recipients in your Contacts folder? If so, did you import them or did you
add them manually?

Importing contacts can have strange side-effects. Open one of the Contact
items and double-click the e-mail address. Examine the "Internet format"
drop-down. What does it say?

There are many ways to include an attachment, if this is what you're asking.
Describe EXACTLY how you are doing it.

1. open a new mail.
2.Write the mail
3. Then go to tools, in tools a push letters and correspondence then
combination of correspondence
4. I folow the asistant
4.1 First spet i select email
4.2 Second step Use the actual document
4.3 Tird step: Use a list / exam and i select the file where i have
the e mails and names, charges, etc
4.4 Fourth step: Put the elements of the combination of correspondence
(name, charge Dr.)
4.5 Five step: Is for search an mail, in this i dont do anithing
4.6 Six step and last: It says combiantion and push email:
In this step apear a window whit the following ingormation
A. For
B. Subject
C. Email Format (Htlm, Atachment, text whitout format)
In atachment ehat happend is that the email that result
of the combiantion of correspondance is attach in a new mail.

5. You can see that in any part of the esteps exist something like attach a
file. If I attach the file in the email at the beginig in dont arrive.

Sorry. My version of Outlook doesn't have those menu items. Are you using
Outlook's built-in editor or Word to create your mail messages?

This sounds like a mail merge. Is that what you're doing?

I don't know if you can include attachments in a mail merge. Someone who
uses them more than I will need to answer.
