I am using the Data Validation, List option to limit values for a cell.
While I can use the slider bar to view the list, the scrool wheel does not
work. Is there a way to enable the scrool wheel?

Reinstall the mouse driver. At my work, they had selected one that was
similar, but it is incompatible w/ Excel 2007. Reinstall the mouse driver
and that should fix the problem.

Thanks dcc, but that did NOTwork. The scroll wheel always has worked within
the main Excel Window, just not in the drop down data validation list. My
main computer is (Windows 7/Excel 2007). I tried saving it as an excel 2003
file and tried it on another box (Windows XP/Excel 2003) with the same
results (scrool wheel works within main Excel window/ not in the drop down
data validation list),
