Can I Enable a "EWFMGR" account without having Administrator rights

Hi,

How can I Enable a "EWFMGR" account without having Administrator rights.

When i am trying to enable/disable this feature without administrator rights then i am getting the following error.

Failed opening the target device \\.\c: with error 5 Access denide

please give the needfull instruction.

Is it your computer ? Are you the Administrator of the computer ?If not then there is a reason you are getting that message.

Yes i am the administrator of my computer.

In administrator profile my ewfmgr working fine. but i have one user who is member of users group(Limited Access).

So i just want to know that Is it possible through users accout,can I enable/disable "ewfmgr".
