How can I embed a permanent company header to my emails?

In the same way that I created a signature that appears in every email I
send, can't I do the same thing with a heading? It is basically a jpg image
with my company's info on it. We would like it to appear at the top of all
emails.
It seems like it should be the easiest thing to do but I cannot figure it
out. Creating a new stationary didn't work. Grrr.
