How can I edit an Outlook Task, that I delegated to a colleague?

Hej all,

As a Project Manager, I'm using MS-Project for planning, and via 3rd party
software called EasyTaskSync, I'm able to create Outlook tasks for each line
in the project schedule. EasyTaskSync imports and exports to and from outlook
as a job from within MS-Project.

My problem is that once the task is created in Outlook, and assigned to a
team member, I'm no longer able to change the details of that task - since
I'm no longer the owner of the task.
Is there a work around that enables me to change details in tasks that
originated from me?

I don't believe the problem is related to the EasyTaskSync SW, since the
problem is the same with a native Outlook task.

I hope some of you can see a way to solve this little problem.
