What do you mean "erase the restriction". What restriction?
Send what things?
What disk did they give you?

It's a long shot, but perhaps you have Word documents in an older file
format that is now blocked? See “Information about certain file types that
are blocked after you install Office 2003 Service Pack 3” at
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=938810. After you've corrected the
problem (by downloading the Registry patch), open the old file (if it's on a
floppy, copy it to your hard drive first--don't try to open it from the
floppy), then resave it in the current Word format ("Word Document (*.doc)).
You should now be able to attach it to an email.
