How can I draw a line in a table so that it moves with the table

When I draw a line in FP I can't get it to move with the text. I try to
insert it into a table but that doesn't work. If the text in the table
expands or contracts it ends up writting over top of my line. Some computers
alter the font size so the line definitely must move with the text.
Help!

If you mean the drawing tools - forget it - they use VML and only viewable
in IE browsers, and use absolute positioning.
The line will stay where it is - and won't move.
