I have Windows XP. I have Powerpoint 2003. I have some general and some
design templates already installed. The ones i need to use for my computer
class are listed in the "general templates' section, but I can't download it.
It's asking me for the path that will allow these downloads to take place
through my Microsoft Windows with Front Page. It's called "PROPLUS.msi". I
don't know what to do.

HELP!! I can't seem to find this template anywhere on the internet for
free.

Radial.POT comes with PowerPoint 2003. Have you looked in your C:\Program
Files\Microsoft Office 2003\Templates\Presentation Designs folder? Your path
should be similar except "\Microsoft Office 2003" might be different.
Radial.POT has a white background with a medium blue rounded bar across the top.
In the Slide Design task pane the the templates "Available for Use" are sorted
by background color.

In addition to Sonia's comments, I'll toss in that PROPLUS.MSI is an Office
installer file. You shouldn't have to "download" Radial.POT, and you
shouldn't receive any messages with that file mentioned unless the templates
were not actually installed when Office was.

We'd need some specifics to be able to begin to troubleshoot this (and even
then it might be more expedient to just call Microsoft Product Support) --
the first being

What do you mean by "download" the template? What exactly -- step-by-step --
are you doing?
What is the exact wording of the error message/prompt you're receiving? It
sounds to me as if Office is looking for PROPLUS.MSI and not finding it. How
did you install Office -- directly from CD, or did someone install it from a
network or something?

Have you tried putting your Office install CDs in and pointing to that when
prompted for the PROPLUS.MSI file?
