OWA has nothing to do with the ability if you can access it via Outlook.
You'll have to ask your mail admin which other methods have been made
available to you for remote access besides OWA.
VPN, RPC over HTTP, IMAP and POP3 are other possibilities. Your mail admin
can tell you the configuration settings for your organization.
