I have a client that wants to update their site, but they do not have the
original files. How can I download the existing site?

the only way to get all the files in their site is NOT file/ import.
you should find out the UN/PW of the server account. then in FrontPage hit:
file/ open site, type in the http:// address or ftp:// address, log in, and
publish it (file/ publish) down to your local computer.

publishing from one location (via FTP:// or HTTP:// ) whether server or disk
to another (server or disk) is the only way to get everything.

If the live/remote site doesn't have the FP extensions, then you will need to open in a FTP
application and download the entire site to a folder on your HD, then open the folder in FP,
allowing FP to make it a web / site.
