Please can you help me to either download FP 2002 (or 2003) onto my new
laptop, or somehow transfer the program from my old laptop to my new one. I
have moved countries and do not have my programme disks with me, and need to
operate it from the new laptop. Is there a way to upgrade the FP 2000 (came
standard with the VAIO) either over the net or from the old laptop? I can
see the product ID number of the version I have of 2002. Obviously I do not
want to buy it AGAIN.

You would have purchase or wait until you have the original CD you purchased.

If the problem can be shown to have been caused by a

I know some companies do this, but you may also be able to buy a replacement
CD if you were a registered user (usually small handling charge plus
shipping). I don't know if MS does this or not but it's worth a try.

Hope this helps,

You can't download the program, you have to buy it from a shop.

If you mean *install* Frontpage 2002 (or 2003) then just stick the CD in the
cd-rom drive and go from there.

You will need your CD installation disks.

Two answers to two questions (subject line).

1) You have to purchase it.
2) You install it on a computer from the disk you bought!

I received my FrontPage Software today. Unfortunately, my CD-Rom, I think
it's called, is broken and I have absolutely no way to upload the FrontPage
Software I've been so exited about. Is there ANY way to use my product code
or key to install the entire FrontPage program directly from a link online?
ANY assisstance would be most graciously appreciated!

No
- you will require a functioning CD or DVD
